The categories of personal information we may collect and process about you include:
Personal Identifiers, including name, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, password, telephone number, billing and mailing address, date of birth, passport number, correspondence or posts, payment and/or bank account details information, and government identifiers (e.g., social security number, driver’s license number, license plate number);

However, we note that HSR may collect personal information about children, from their parent or legal guardian, if their parent or legal guardian includes such information on an application form.
